I had a truly wonderful experience with beginning with Brianna Fowler, James Creguer, and Chris Ramirez. I nearly purchased another vehicle but reached out to Brianna to check on the Ioniq 6. Brianna an Brianna Fowler, James Creguer, and Chris Ramirez. I nearly purchased another vehicle but reached out to Brianna to check on the Ioniq 6. Brianna and James were honest, genuine, and most importantly easy to talk to. They took care of me from the minute I set foot inside of the dealership. After speaking to Brianna, I met with James to test drive the vehicle. James knew the car inside and out which made our decision easy. Once we agreed to get the vehicle, we were passed on to Chris. Chris was extremely nice, genuine, and broke every little detail down to make the finance paperwork paperwork easy to understand. I also want to mention that after the vehicle was purchased, James drove his personal vehicle to follow me to the nearest charging station to make sure I understood how everything works. He did this from kindness and making sure I was taken care of. This is just one example of the quality service I received. The overall process was the smoothest I’ve ever been a part of, especially for someone who gets a new car every 2-3 years. Aside from the vehicle itself, I conducted business at Temecula Hyundai because of James, Brianna, and Chris. Thank you guys again and I will refer all my friends/family members to Temecula Hyundai because of the staff. When I think of quality customer service, I think of Temecula Hyundai! More

Honestly hands down ryan is the go to man if you are looking for a car. This was the easiest visit at the dealership I have ever experienced.
