His knowledge and “no pressure” sales approach really impressed both of us. James was response to several of my questions once we left the dealership. At no time were we pressured to sign or move forward. James also worked hard with agreeing to a more than fair price. I am not the easiest customer to work with and ultimately Hyundai Temecula got our business because of James's knowledge and patience (and pricing of course). Once we agreed to terms for the new Kona, we drove in to do the dealership for the dreaded paperwork. I was introduced to Chris Ramirez. We sat down to start the process and I think we were completely finished in less than 15 minutes. Chris took the time to explain how credit scores work to my daughter and did not hassle us to purchase extra items (though he did his due diligence to present options). Best part was signing an IPad instead of the 3’ long old paper style docs. We both walked out of the signing office feeling even better about the purchase. James handed us the keys and explained the cars features to my daughter. I have bought a few new cars in the past and will say that Hyundai Temecula was the best new car buying experiences I have had. On top of everything, Steve Nicholson is the service manager and his knowledge and demeanor with us was outstanding. the whole Hyundai Temecula team was amazing and I would gladly recommend to anyone! More

2020 Palisades for 20/20 service I was interested in the new 2020 palisades, stopped by the dealership to check it out. Cory and Andrew were extremely helpful and friendly while showing me the new car. The only reason why I didn’t make the deal on Monday was due to the color of the car. Came back on Tuesday and James and Andrew made it official with a new white palisades! Seriously both guys were so fun, eager to help and supportive in every way. We had fun buying this new car. Thanks to everyone at Temecula Hyundai but especially James and Andrew!!!!!! Chris Ramirez helped sealed the deal and we flew threw the paperwork laughing the entire way through. Plus the receptionist Mariam is excellent in every single way. I have other drivers double taking this new car and I love every second of it!!!!! More

I wanted to upgrade to a slightly bigger car though, so I went back a few days ago. James was great and very patient with me, making sure I liked the color and features of the car that I picked. He also didn't make me feel pressured to buy a better model and worked with me when I changed my mind.. :) I was in and out of the dealership within about 3 hours. Everyone was so nice and helpful! After that I sent over some info via text and he had the vehicle delivered to my house and I signed finance docs in about 15 minutes in the comfort of my home. Easily the best car purchase I’ve ever made, and I’ve made a lot. James was NOT pushy or sly as many car salesmen are, he was extremely friendly and straight forward. I recommend him and this dealership to everyone! More

She and her mother knew some of the people there, so I decided to go in and look around. I had no idea I would be walking out with a new car. I was always a Honda baby, but they completely changed my mind with their impeccable customer service and gorgeous cars. James and Brad got me such great deals on my car and I couldn’t say no. They treated me like family. Now, a year later I went back to trade on my Elantra for a beautiful, stunning Kona. Brianna went above and beyond for me. She genuinely cared about whether or not I loved my car and she wanted to make sure I got the best deal possible. With her and Chris together, I never would’ve dreamed that I’d get such a great car for such a good price. Everyone at that dealership is like family to me and they treat me just the same. I would highly recommend checking them out, they don’t just sell you a car, they make sure you love it and get exactly what you want. More

Great Customer Service no high pressure sales I have purchased 2 cars from this dealer an Elantra in 2017 & an 2018 Ioniq Hybrid SEL yesterday. They beat the Costco price on my first car last year I have purchased 2 cars from this dealer an Elantra in 2017 & an 2018 Ioniq Hybrid SEL yesterday. They beat the Costco price on my first car last year and went far and wide to get me the car & color I wanted when it was hard to find and in very limited supply. They drove over 100 miles to another dealer to swap cars to get me the one I wanted. They sent a Lyft at their cost for us to pick us up the next day to pick up our new car and went over the controls and manuals and helped us sync our phones to the bluetooth system. When I had questions regarding Android Auto they were there to provide technical assistance. When there was a data issue on one of the documents they came to my house with corrected documents and we resigned in a minute or two. I live 15 miles from this dealer. They hire veterans and provide discounts to the same. Do your homework know what you want and a fair price for what you want and you will walk away a happy customer. They will get you the car you want if humanly possible. I have bought cars with Jose & James. Hands down they have the best cars for the price the competetion brand was about 9 thousand more for a similar hybrid. The safety package offered for the car was phenominal. More
