From the moment my son and I arrived at Temecula Hyundai, we knew we were in good hands. As we were getting out of our car, General Manager Brad Cannon happened to be walking outside and immediately greeted we knew we were in good hands. As we were getting out of our car, General Manager Brad Cannon happened to be walking outside and immediately greeted us with a warm welcome. He even personally brought us bottles of water, which was a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire visit. Brad took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the process easy by introducing us to Sales Consultant Brian Hernandez. Brian was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He showed us several vehicles, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel pressured. Thanks to his guidance, I found the perfect vehicle—the 2026 Hyundai IONIQ 9 Calligraphy. Once I made my decision, Brian presented the pricing prepared by his Sales Manager Chris Brey. I had a budget in mind, so I made one offer directly to Brad. To my surprise, he immediately accepted it, making the negotiation quick, straightforward, and stress-free. The finance process with Finance Manager Chris Ramirez was the smoothest I've ever experienced. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the paperwork simple with the dealership's modern technology. Before we knew it, we were finished and ready to drive home. Before we left, Brian took the time to help me set up all of the vehicle's features and made sure I was comfortable using everything. Brad also checked in one last time to make sure my son and I had everything we needed before leaving the dealership. This was, without a doubt, one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend Temecula Hyundai, and I want to personally thank Brad Cannon, Brian Hernandez, Chris Brey, and Chris Ramirez for providing outstanding customer service.
