My experience of purchase of the car has been amazing. "Fitz" went a mile ahead to help me, due to my back injury after a recent accident, i requested a total online purchase with a possibility of Home Delivery, and he ensured this happens and infect came himself to my doorstep to deliver the car and get everything signed with touch less delivery. Things does not stop here, he worked to get me the best price and also worked patiently to answer all my queries. He not only made Faulkner Toyota to earn business from me but also earned my respect for this dealership. More

Rav 4 experience When I arrived at Faulkner I was just looking around at the new RAV 4.. My son new Fitz and he was glad to hep me. FITZ was great. I got a price from the BDC Manager so I had an idea what they cost. However, As usual they tried to play games with the price. I guess the Sales Mgr.(closer ) thought they had a lay down. I will say they did came back with the correct price and i purchased the vehicle. The only thing I really didn't like was they try to wear you down by making you sit and sit. I was there over 3 hours and that's crazy. All in all they weregreat to work with and I would buy from there again. More
