Most dealers want you to come in before talking price which can be a huge waste of time, but they were willing to work to earn my business which paid off for them. They have a very family friendly waiting area which was nice since I had to wait with my wife and 2 yr old as I made the finilaztions of the purchase. Everyone there was very friendly, and I did not feel like anyone was trying to pressure me or get anything over on me. Great overall car buying experience for me. James (Fitz) was also a really good guy, easy to talk to and very friendly. Mike, one of the sales managers who I made the deal with was very straightforward and likeable. Customer appreciation Contrary to my title, faulkner was everything but appreciative of my purchase. It took very long for the dealership to get the vehicle I desired and b Contrary to my title, faulkner was everything but appreciative of my purchase. It took very long for the dealership to get the vehicle I desired and by then I lost the 0% finance, I was overcharged about $800 besides additional $900 for sunroof, from the initial deal I signed, I will pay $1400 in interest now because of Faulkner. There was no try or even a sincere apology to make up for it. I was told this is the deal I have. Sort of take it or walk. From this entire experience I learned that this dealership did not value my business. I should have taken my money elsewhere but unlike Faulkner I made a commitment and I did abide by it. I’m happy with the car, the only thing in this deal that Faulkner had nothing to do with. More
