I was met at the door by the manager and I had looked on line for new and used Volvo XC70's. A prompt reply to my inquiry was made by Scott (sales). Scott went over all the details about the car before and after the purchase. I felt comfortable dealing with this dealer. I have not used the service department yet, but have read excellent reviews. This just became our go-to dealership We are expecting baby number three and it was time for us to get a minivan. We scheduled to view one, but ended up having to cancel initially due to a family emergency. Unlike other dealerships, they were completely empathetic and did not harrass us to get us in the door. After test driving, they worked with us to meet our budget goals and were exceptional with their customer service. Every employee that we encountered was exceptionally pleasant and not the least bit pushy. These guys all made us feel like they were on our team, trying to get us in the van we wanted at the best rate. They were also extremely accommodating with my husband's work schedule. We love our Grand Caravan. We will definitely be returning to Volvo for all of our future car needs. More
