I have purchased many cars/trucks/SUV's and I must say that everything from making the deal 1.25 hours away from the dealership to visiting the very nice showroom, to getting a well made cappuccino and walking out the door with a new XC90 was by far the best experience I have had working with a dealership. Unlike other organizations, each member of the team we happened to even pass in the hallway, was extremely courteous and helpful. This experience was the opposite of the usual "buying a car" experience that most of us deal with whether we want or need a new car. More

Even though the car wasn't a Volvo, the staff was still extremely knowledgable and helpful. I worked with Arren Cole and Les Young, who were both reasonable and fair in getting me a deal for the car. I never felt pressured or pushed to buy. They were accommodating and the service has continued to be outstanding since the purchase. I would recommend the dealership for anybody looking for a new or used car! More

Great Experience they remember the needs of their customers I had gone in to get a pre owned R Design which was initially a owner car and was not with the dealership. But later after a month the car was got into the dealership and they gave me the first opportunity to buy the car before putting it online for the rest of the market. That was pretty helpful and shows how concerned they are for customer satisfaction. The quality service and promptness in replies is very good. I was helped by William Robertson from sales department who was my point of contact during the entire process described above. He is not only technically skilled but also has lot of patience to be in touch and answer every question I had. I would definitely recommend the dealership if the choice of your new car is Volvo. More

I came from an hour away to visit Volvo Cars of Winston-Salem for the first time. Kyle took lots of time with me to help me find exactly what I wanted. He was very personable, and I felt like I made a new friend on top of finding the perfect car. Scott (aka Big Texas) was also quite helpful and fun. He helped me get to my target price without making me feel hassled, which was very important to me as a single woman buying a car by myself. James was professional and friendly, and he made the paperwork part of the purchase nice and smooth. All-in-all it was a good experience, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. :) More

We texted back and forth about the car we were considering and then made an appointment to get together. When we arrived the car was more than we expected and Thomas and the entire dealership for that matter couldn't have been nicer! Although we were buying a used Volvo this time they all treated us like we had purchased the most expensive car on their lot. Very refreshing given how we had been treated at other dealerships in Greensboro and Winston Salem previously. Their Finance Manager James Fordham made the paperwork painless with all the steps being done on a tablet of sorts that covered the entire top surface of his desk. It was awesome and the most technologically advanced system that I've seen in a dealership for quite some time. We're believers in the excellent way that Volvo of The Triad is handling their business and plan to have our new addition Volvo serviced there along with making them our top consideration when we get ready for our next new vehicle.
