Everything was good except for the time it took to get the vehicle back. Was told an hour and a half and took 3 and a half hours. I had to call to check on the vehicle status and was told it was ready. There is no telling how long the vehicle was ready to be picked up because I never received a call. Communication needs to improve. My time is extremely valuable and it seems that's not important to the service department. More

I was charged over $300 for an oil change. An estimate of the price was not disclosed to me at the time of making my appointment, and I discovered this after arriving. The cost of parts was inflated between %300 - %1100, while markup is expected, this seems absurd. I am unable to find an oil change at a certified technician in the region for more than $150. I built a good client relationship during the sales process, and now feel betrayed by the absurd product markup, overall cost of service, and the failure to disclose this in advance. The service itself, however, appears to have been performed well. Thank you for that. More
