I only deal with Novick Auto Sales and Service. I am always very pleased with the deals and the service. But this last experience is some what troubling to me. I purchased a 2008 Dodge Dakota SXT crew c always very pleased with the deals and the service. But this last experience is some what troubling to me. I purchased a 2008 Dodge Dakota SXT crew cab. Great vehicle, exactly what I was looking for to step down from a large Mercury 8 passenger SUV to a more suitable pick up. The service department had gotten me a refurbished radio to correct a problem of the radio clock not working. The refurbished radio although very good music and CD function, the clock on this one does not work either. I have not heard another word back as to having it replaced or getting the clock fixed or anything else in reference to this question. Brian was the ultimate professional--friendly, courteous & helpful. He knew I wanted to get another Malibu, even though I only had my current car for a year.
