They never called to tell me what's needed. They didn't call to let me know it was ready, until I called 4 hours later, then call on the other line to say it's ready and they're closing. I wanted new tires. That wasn't done. Quite a few things weren't done. Thank you for your time! More

I really feel bad for the person for whom I overheard your staff preparing an $8,200 quote for a primary battery for the customer’s aged Prius, given your staff’s exhibited lack of technical ability.
