No customer service whatsoever. Waited outside by my car for 15 minutes without talking with anyone (and even scheduled an appointment online and was on time). Then after two hours of waiting for a basic oil change, I went and found the associate that “helped” me. And had to wait 20 more minutes for an air filter change and get out the door. More

Steve was very helpful and professional and addressed all my questions and concerns. He even went the extra mile and arranged for a UBER to take me to my doctors appointment while the car was getting a 75,00 my questions and concerns. After getting home I realized they failed to clean the carpet correctly and the middle chair. They also did not clean inside the glove department, the department between the front chairs and the cup holde carpet correctly and the middle chair. They also did not clean inside the glove department, the department between the front chairs and the cup holders of the doors and back of the car. I was highly disappointed as I spent 192$ on a full car detail. Just to have the car not completely clean. More
