I visited or spoke with three dealerships prior to having a family member recommend contacting the team at Rick Case Honda. I had credit issues to deal with, and the other dealers did not appear to want to a family member recommend contacting the team at Rick Case Honda. I had credit issues to deal with, and the other dealers did not appear to want to work with me badly enough to get me into a new vehicle. On my first visit to Rick Case, the team went to work immediately to see what could be done to get me into my new Fit Sport. The new car purchase was important in order to re-establish my credit. Within 2-3 hours, they were able to get over some hurdles and on my way to my purchase. The interest rate was much higher than expected, however, admittedly I did not bring them much to work with. BUT, before I came to pick up the vehicle, the team called me to say that they had worked with another lender to get me down to a normal rate of interest and had reduced my monthly payment by almost $100.00!!! After having such difficulty at the first dealers and getting nowhere, this was an amazing experience. Anthony Ries, James Harris and Pamela were fantastic to work with and a great asset to this organization!!! I would recommend Rick Case Honda to any friends and family interested in a new car purchase!!! More

The environment at Rick Case Honda is amazing. All of the employees truly appreciate what they do and as well as helping others. James Harris is a terrific sales person. When dealing with me I could tell tha employees truly appreciate what they do and as well as helping others. James Harris is a terrific sales person. When dealing with me I could tell that it was more than just selling a car, this young man cared about what was right for me. Pamela Price the sales manager that I dealt with walked me through every piece of paper that I had to sign and let me know exactly what I was signing. She answered every question that I had in a very caring way. These employees made me feel like family. I now am pleased to own a 2011 Honda Accord for a very good price. I know that if I ever need anything or have any questions James and Pamela will be right there to assist me. This is not my first experience dealing with these two employees and I have to say that it will not be my last. More
