We am very disappointed in Mazda at this point. I took my vehicle in for a routine maintenance service and inspection and the technician failed to torque the lug nuts on all four tires. We live abo I took my vehicle in for a routine maintenance service and inspection and the technician failed to torque the lug nuts on all four tires. We live about 90 miles or so from the dealership and so after the maintenance service we noticed that the wheel all of a sudden was popping when we made a sharp turn. Called Mazda and was unsuccessful in reaching the service department, left several messages but received no return call from the Mazda. I took my vehicle to a local tire shop and found that the lug nuts on all four tires had not been torqued (tighten). This was a very dangerous safety issue. Well I called Mazda service department back that same day (Monday) to make them aware of the issue and requested service to issue my vehicle had not been damaged and was safe to drive.
