I had a new car key made here, and at the same time, a recall on my vehicle was taken care of. The whole process was smooth and professional. I recently had my tire replaced at the Med Center Mazda , and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, efficient, and courteous. They clearly explained my options, helped me choose the right tire for my vehicle, and completed the replacement of my flat tire quickly without compromising on quality. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated throughout the process. What stood out most was their attention to detail and customer care — they even checked my alignment and provided tips for tire maintenance going forward. If you’re looking for trustworthy service and a team that truly knows Mazda vehicles, I highly recommend the Mazda Center. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service needs! More

The sales staff however (unrelated to my visit) were not friendly or courteous at all. Not even a “good morning” or “may I help you?” It’s doubtful I would purchase a vehicle from this dealership when I’m in the market to do so. More

The first two advisors I spoke with were curt, indifferent and treated me like a number, not a person. The 3rd one,Gerald, was very nice, cordial and helpful. The contact with the service department working on my car was through text only and never gave an opportunity for questions or discussing the work with a human. Being a customer with Med Center for many years, I found the service department customer service has declined greatly! More
