I waited for over an hour and a half for a previously scheduled oil change. Second, the bill was higher than prior oil changes at MedCenter. $96 for an oil change is more of a premium than I am willing t scheduled oil change. I like how laidback your salesmen are and how welcoming we feel when making such a difficult decision on a big purchase. Also, the financing guy was great! I received great maintenance service on my Mazda CX-5.
