Your people showed a caring and knowledge of my problem as well as a candid evaluation of the situation. I have had a few problems with my 2013 CX9 the major one being a replacement transmission in 2020 by Julio Jones, our past Mazda dealer in Tuscaloosa, in which Mazda and the dealer gave us a 1/2 Goodwill Warranty. Thinking we may have a similar problem Mazda Headquarters sent us to you because of a recent change in dealerships in Tuscaloosa and the new dealerships inability to diagnose our problem (Mazda case code #00176479). Your people were kind enough to diagnose our car as well as list the services that were necessary. Unfortunately, the diagnosis would have cost us more than the car is now worth, and they also provided us with a loner car while it was being done. I wanted to let you know that specifically James Hobbs, Cindy in customer service , your ride along mechanic and diagnostic mechanic are to be commended for superb handling of the problem.
