They always show you an inspection video to highlight the good and bad of your car. I was told upon arrival for my appointment that they were 2 -3 hours behind. I was confused because I made an appointment and I live 1 hour away.! I told a sales man, Dewayne and he went and investigated and 2 -3 hours behind. I was confused because I made an appointment and I live 1 hour away.! I told a sales man, Dewayne and he went and investigated and said he was sorry and offered a car to drive to kill time. Within 1 hour I was texted and my car was ready. Not sure if Dewayne talking to them helped but he was amazing, he had the service and attitude I’m use to Mrs Center having. An appointment is an appointment. If unforeseen circumstances happen, I should have a had a text or phone call. I was only there for an oil change. Thanks to Dewayne I will continue to buy from you, but really worried about the service department. When it came time to pay, lady was not at desk and you could hear her behind the wall in a personal phone call. Man asked her to come out and she did not, he had to go behind the wall and tell her to check me out. I have been for the last year for my oil changes and have never been treated in this manner. Hopefully things can get back to what they used to be. I will give it one more try before I decide to go elsewhere. More
