Fresh donuts & other refreshments while waiting. Jim kept me well informed. The video of inspection was appreciated. Although the distance is more than 50 miles, the service is well worth the trip. Had a great experience with their Service dept. . I like how they provide a video to show you what needs to be done and with their recommendations. The waiting room is also really good! .
