I paid for a pre-owned 2015 Ford Explorer in full, with cold hard cash, and what do I get for it? A vehicle that started making a horrifying knocking sound as soon as I drove it off the lot! This is a far cry from the "quality" pre-owned vehicle I was promised when I handed over my hard-earned money.
The incompetence of the team was on full display when I contacted them about the issue. Gregory Budd, the Pre-Owned Manager promised a fix. Well, guess what? That fix never happened! My calls were left unanswered, my concerns ignored, and my patience thoroughly tested.
I reached out to James 'Jim' Fix, the dealer who sold me the car, but it was like shouting into the wind. No response, no resolution, no respect for a customer who paid in full upfront.
Let me make this abundantly clear: I paid in cash, and instead of driving home a reliable vehicle for my father, I got a ticking time bomb of mechanical issues and a dealership that disappeared faster than my respect for them.
I have to ask, is this how Delray Buick GMC treats its customers, or is it just the young black men who walk through their doors? The sheer disregard for my concerns and the utter lack of professionalism I experienced is appalling and disrespectful to the extreme.
To anyone considering Delray Buick GMC for their next vehicle purchase, I have one word for you: Don't. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment that I experienced. I walked in with cash in hand and left with a faulty vehicle and a broken promise of service.
I'm sharing my experience so no other hardworking individual is deceived by their glossy promises only to be left high and dry. I hope no one else has to feel the anger and frustration I've been subjected to by Delray Buick GMC.

Hi,
I am not looking to make anymore calls to the dealership. I've made plenty within the past week when I was trying to get this issue resolved prior to my review. Destiny told me that you all were booked out until May 28th however Greg says that I can just stop in (casually after the review was posted but did not call us once on Friday) when the dealership is about an hour away. I am looking just for means of just confirming the appointment and that was just something that was super overlooked here when I just paid $17,500 to the dealership.
You can give me a email at jordangalerts@gmail.com to come to a solution you feel is possible, but I am not looking to speak to Jim or Greg at this time as I do not feel as if my time or money was respected towards them after this issue.
