We are so sorry that you had this experience. We looked into the details of this and did find that the fees were not updated with True Car for our dealership since 2014. There is a D.I.C. fee for the reconditioning of all used cars that was not printing out as well as the state plate transfer fee. We have updated them in the system so no one else has this issue. Again, we apologize that you were inconvenienced about this, but we are happy that you did not have to pay for the DIC fee or all of the plate fee. Thanks for letting us know about this and we do appreciate your business!

In addition to my initial concern about the way I was treated during the vehicle purchasing process, I just learned after visiting a Ford dealership this week, that my car does indeed have a remote control key fob. Your sales person, Mr. Fixx, initially told me your lock person would make a remote for my car. When I returned with him from going to my bank for the cashier's check, he said the locksmith had been there and could not make a remote key fob for my car because my car has "roll up windows" This is false. The Ford dealership ran my vin for the car and told me there is indeed a remote key fob available for my car. I do not like being made a fool of. I expect the dealership to honor their initial promise, which they have written on my paperwork, and provide me with the remote key fob .
