Simply the best car buying experience! I casually inquired about an Audi I was looking for online and I received a call back quickly from Felix at the dealership with everything I had asked I casually inquired about an Audi I was looking for online and I received a call back quickly from Felix at the dealership with everything I had asked for in my inquiry, with a warm invitation to test drive the vehicles they had already chosen based on my wishes ( they were paying attention to me, the client! Awesome!) And so I did and I’m I glad I took them up on it! The reception was professional and “no attitude”, no hard sell, asking questions and the test drive was an education! I was so sold that I leased the first car I drove! Simply what I was looking for! I had a trade which was given the best offer I had gotten, and they accepted my deal, usually is the other way around! Mr. Jordan followed up after Félix and then the whole sales and finance staff went out of their way to make sure I left with a new car and happy! WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE!
