They treat you like family I have bought four vehicles from Nissan of Gadsden, and while I like the vehicles, it's James and his service team that keep me coming back. Key fob Had a problem of my key fob not working. Took it in to have it checked and they had to order new one . Received new one which I found out was still un Had a problem of my key fob not working. Great When I go to get my Nissan serviced the people are always very nice. The waiting area is clean and drinks if you so choose to have one. Working with Jason Smith is Always Easy I had my 2006 Infiniti M35 in for Preventive Maintenance and some needed Repairs, all repairs and maintenance I chose to have Nissan of Gadsden perfor I had my 2006 Infiniti M35 in for Preventive Maintenance and some needed Repairs, all repairs and maintenance I chose to have Nissan of Gadsden perform. I was not Pressured to have any Repairs or Maintenance done. The Service I received was Excellent. I had New Front Brake Rotors and Brake Pads installed, New Valve Cover Gasket Gaskets and a Valve Cover installed to repair an Oil Leak, due to the my car being 13 years old. I also had all the Cooling System, Transmission, Brake Fluid, Power Steering System Flushed and Replaced with New Fluids. I also had a Tune-up with all New Spark Plugs and a Complete Wireset. Both the Serpentine and Accessory Drive Belt were worn, so I had those Replaced. The Technician, Eric, also found that Oil was leaking around three small Gasket near the Intake and I had those replaced also. Finally, I had a Four Wheel Alignment and the Car Detailed on the Outside. The Vehicle drives like is New and Looks that way also. Although this was a lot of Maintenance and Repairs, the Cost was very reasonable. I could not buy a Used Car, running of not for the Total. Plus, the Maintenance and Repairs makes My Vehicle much more dependable than any a Used Car I would have to pay up to 10 times more to purchase. I have read many articles from Car and Financial Experts, all of whom say, if you can drive your Vehicle for 6 more months for the Cost of the Repair(s) (because you will have to maintain any vehicle, new or used) Pay for the Repair and continue to drive your current Vehicle. You will save Money in the long run. I want to Thank Jason Smith, Service Advisor, Eric, my Technician, and James Klingbeil, Service Manager for and Excellent Job, again! Ray Galloway Leesburg More
