When contacting the dealership with problem to be resolved or made right I got brushed off again and again instead of making things right honoring their customer. That I feel isn't good business. I get business and I am up front straight to the point. Because my time is just as valuable as my customers time. Don't need to lie to get a sale. My treatment maybe bc I didn't buy a brand new car and not a worthy enough customer to be cared for. Customer is a customer thats how you have a job. Very positive happy person and do not like negative but this was my experience and I will not be back. More
