First Routine Service on New Vehicle As a Honda owner, of multiple Hondas purchased from the same dealer, that (I thought I) had purchased with a maintenance package with that dealer. I As a Honda owner, of multiple Hondas purchased from the same dealer, that (I thought I) had purchased with a maintenance package with that dealer. I WAS WRONG. I sat down with the General Manager, Bruce Mesa, and went through all the documents and found what I thought I had purchased was actually an extension of the warranty. They couldn't have been more accommodating. Honda has it together and I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a car to go to Racine Honda for a great buying experience. The salesman, James Leipski, is the best, most though and straightforward car salesman that I have ever dealt with - SEE HIM. More

Unequaled Experience by Unparalleled People I had been car shopping since the beginning of the year and had visited/called at lot of dealerships in that time and had left a lot of dealership in I had been car shopping since the beginning of the year and had visited/called at lot of dealerships in that time and had left a lot of dealership in that time. While some were just average and some were TERRIBLE, Racine Honda (RH) was unparalleled in customer service and selection. Of course what gets someone on the lot is a great car, but what will keep them on the lot is a great salesman and great team. James was excellent to work with and although we didn't come to agreement immediately, his conversation and responses were candid and light. I was obviously there to buy a car, but I didn't feel pressured to take a vehicle or price I didn't want. Furthermore, there was a sense the team at RH didn't just want my money alone, but they wanted my business as a customer. I know that may sound redundant or superfluous, but I guarantee you will know the difference when you meet a dealer who is the former alone. For that reason, I was sold on the car, sold on the dealer, and finally driving off the lot (in the good way). For those still in their car shopping journey, I implore you to give Racine Honda a visit and hopefully yours will end as great as mine! More
