He helped us with pricing on three different trim levels and worked with us to purchase the 2025 Pilot Elite in Metallic Red. During negotiations, he worked with the "infamous" New Car Sales Manager, Lindsey Thomas. She was honest and kind. We are currently waiting on this new car to arrive, and I am very excited. If you are buying a new car, go to Honda Cleveland and request to work with James and Lindsey. With all the kindness in my heart, if you are shopping at Airport Honda - make the drive to Honda of Cleveland before you sign anything. It is a much smoother experience.
