10 days after purchasing my 2023 BMW X3,a lot of smoke started coming from under the hood. I had upgraded to a newer car as my previous car was 10 years old. Mr Porter advised me to take the car to my loc started coming from under the hood. I had upgraded to a newer car as my previous car was 10 years old. Mr Porter advised me to take the car to my local BMW for service. Since there was still a year factory warranty as well as my purchasing the extended warranty, the service dept at BMW stated the oil cap on the engine cover had not been screwed on properly and that oil had leaked onto other hot parts of the engine causing all of the smoke and smell. They advised power washing the engine but said this was mot covered under either warranty. ($117.00) They also stated that the foam under the cover was soaked and advised me to replace the cover. ($540.00) I had hoped for a reliable car and it has been in the shop for days. My husband takes full time care and the unplanned time and expense has really been hard on us, all because of a silly human error of not putting the engine cap on correctly. My new car that was supposed to be more reliable has turned into a big headache. Needless to say, I an disappointed in my car and your service department. Toni Combs More

The salesperson, Juan was awesome. No pressure and kept us updated on delivery status. He explained how to operate all the bells and whistles. The finance person was fine but very pushy about selling add on warranties. Also, I explained to him that I had disabled veteran plates and I was exempt from DMV fees. I just needed to process a transfer from one vehicle to try new vehicle. I advised him I had the paperwork. He told me that by law they have to charge me DMV fees and I would have to go to the DMV and process the transfer and request a refund from DMV. I went to the DMV and they told me they do not refund fees and the dealer processes the transfer. I called the dealership and spoke with Robin who told me she would contact their DMV people and hold the paperwork until I sent the transfer paperwork it to them. Other than that I had a great experience. More

Ren, Gianni, James, and Robin were an incredible team to work with! An art. Although I had gotten other vehicles from this dealership, I had never seen the group effort to ensure that I got the vehicle that I really wanted. They ended up getting the car from Colorado! Now that's customer service! I received a very thorough orientation to all of the technology and Robin was terrific in working with me on my lease! Truly showed service excellence! More
