Sold the car I was looking at out from under me Been waiting for a test drive after they have given me a price for it. Then all of a sudden they said they took it to auction. They did not notify m Been waiting for a test drive after they have given me a price for it. Then all of a sudden they said they took it to auction. They did not notify me and just disregard anything that we agreed on . They totally disregarded me as a customer. I know they’re in the business to make money but because they could make more at the auction they disregarded my deal with them. Guess I should’ve had money down on it. But still they should have told me or give me first chance at it because we was waiting for it . In fact they were supposed to call me back to test drive it when it was ready instead they called me back and told me they sold it. Very unhappy with this type of policy that they have. Yes I am a very I’m satisfied with this company now andwill not buy a car from them .So I will spread the news to other people as well. Thank you More

Fair pricing, courteous employees, smooth experience Allen Turner Hyundai was great to work with from start to finish. We found a certified pre-owned vehicle we were interested in on their website an Allen Turner Hyundai was great to work with from start to finish. We found a certified pre-owned vehicle we were interested in on their website and we negotiated the price with the internet department via email before making the trip over to the dealership from Okaloosa county. The website had a very thorough description of the vehicle, including carfax report and lots of pictures. It was really great to be able to find the exact car we were looking for and have a price agreed upon before even stepping in the door. We worked primarily with Joey Evers and he was fantastic to deal with. He responded to inquiries promptly and politely and was nothing but courteous when we went over to purchase the car, and he made the transaction as smooth as possible. Pricing was very fair and they have an impressive inventory of both used and certified pre-owned vehicles. More
