Your worth in this business is NOT measured in how well you sign off on an easy sale. We were not easy customers and this was not an easy purchase as there was a heater core issue to deal with before and you sign off on an easy sale. Brad Woodruff was very patient the entire time we were dealing with this purchase, and took great care of us and got a tense situation to the finish line (and did what was RIGHT in the process, even though he did not have to). He has now earned my trust, and subsequently my future business. More

We just bought a Genesis with Brad, and it couldn't have gone smoother. He and the sales manager Michael helped us find exactly the car we were looking for.
