Great Experience I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Before going inside the dealership, I had already walked the used car section and had 2 veh I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Before going inside the dealership, I had already walked the used car section and had 2 vehicles picked out that I was interested. James did a great job explaining the features of the 2014 Malibu, he quickly sold me on it. Once that was done, the cost and financing phase was comfortable and easy. it is clear that the dealership puts the customer first and I am very appreciative of the extra time they took to find me the best financing deal. They were truly working for me. I look forward to an on-going relationship with the folks at Vic Koening through the years I own this vehicle and beyond. Best service I have ever received. I was having an awful car shopping experience at Ward Kia in Carbondale. After 20 days of having a car they had me bring it back 7 days before my firs I was having an awful car shopping experience at Ward Kia in Carbondale. After 20 days of having a car they had me bring it back 7 days before my first payment was due. They then tried to put me in a car that was in the worst shape on the lot. I then decided to go to Vic Koenig. I was greeted by everyone which made me feel like it was a family. James then directed me to Russ both very kind and knowledgeable honest people. They did everything they could to make sure I was going to leave in a safe reliable car with in my price range. The Team at Kic Koenig is amazing no I will never go anywhere else. They made sure to explain anything I didn't understand. You where amazing and turned an awful car experience into an amazing one. Thank you all so much! More
