In Jim's absence, Corey Shaker offered to take me for a ride in a beautiful Fusion and we went to their lot where I was able to look at the different colors. When we returned to the dealership I spoke to Jim and we made plans for me to tale a ride and get a feel for the Fusion. I ended up purchasing a 2015 Fusion that I absolutely love!! From the start it was a wonderful experience!! More

We loved how the salesmen didn't hound us are we arrived. The receptionist brought us to the back and had Jim Reed come talk with us from there. He was excellent, respectful, and not pushy at all. So many salesmen have to find something in common with you right from the start; I can tell the want to make a sell. That was not the case with our friend Jim. My only reason to complain would be the dealership doesn't deal directly with your personal credit union. So, if you chose to finance elsewhere, prepare to be the middle man, and know exactly what you need. More

He was prompt, attentive, and candid. Same with Manny Pinho. I feel both Jim and Manny are adept at tailoring their treatment of customers in a way that best suits each customer as individuals. They were also able to secure unbeatable financing for us. After I arrived home with my new car I realized we had left behind my son's beloved knit hat. I had also left a brand new cd in the radio of my old truck. One call to the dealer and they immediately mailed our missing items to our home, which is considerate because we live almost an hour away. We are extremely satisfied with Shaker Ford and with our new vehicle. Thank you Jim and Manny. More
