Brad got me a rate lower than the one I walked in with but he didn't stop working the bank. Even though he exceeded my expectations he further worked the bank for an additional tier bump. I came to visit James in January to look at some Outbacks and the dealership. James met me and gave me a tour of the facility. Afterword we sat down and talked and James ran me through all the purchasing and lease options. In May I gave James a cal and advised him we were ready to make a purchase. I told him the model and trim we wanted plus the terms we were looking for. James gave me a call back in 10 minutes and said OK. The next day we drove home in our new car. One point of contact through out the entire process. More

Made everything easy and comfortable James was wonderful to work with. My husband and I went into the dealership knowing what we were looking for after scheduling an appointment via email James was wonderful to work with. My husband and I went into the dealership knowing what we were looking for after scheduling an appointment via email with Casey Dempsey. James greeted us and took us over to the vehicle(s) we were interested in looking at. We found the model we liked but not the color. James looked it up and saw they did have it in the color we wanted but he had to go get it. 15 minutes later we were test driving the Model we wanted, the Trim we wanted, and with the color (both interior and exterior) we were looking for. There was no pressure to buy the car, the price was not hidden but instead was posted right were you could see (including the current discount). There was no haggling or arguing over prices. My husband and I looked up the price online to make sure it was a fair deal and it was. We sat down and got the car we wanted the same day with 0% for 63 months and no payments for 90 days. James was kind enough to stay 2.5 hours after they technically closed to complete all the paperwork including the financing so we could get it that day. The car was clean and filled up with gas when we left. Great experience =) Thank you James. More

Best dealership I have ever worked with! Best dealership we have ever worked with! Not only is Wilsonville Subaru one of the largest dealership buildings I’ve ever been in, but their inventor Best dealership we have ever worked with! Not only is Wilsonville Subaru one of the largest dealership buildings I’ve ever been in, but their inventory is extraordinary. We bought our first car there two years ago, due largely to the fixed price concept they use. It is much easier to work with a dealership in this manner. It’s a beautiful environment, and all of the staff we have met has been extremely friendly. We just completed the leasing of a new 2020 Subaru outback this month. Our second Subaru from the dealership. If you’re even remotely thinking of purchasing or leasing a Subaru, or other quality used cars for that matter, I would highly recommend your visiting this dealership. James Salon has been our “Customer Advocate” (salesperson) since our very first visit in 2018. He is one of the most sincere, trustworthy people I have ever known. More

I want to start off by saying this was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. Zero pressure, and no bull. Berkeley was very knowledgeable during the test drive and was very helpful in answerin buying experience I have ever had. Zero pressure, and no bull. By the time we were ready to purchase the vehicle, Berkeley was not working but fortunately Keith was able to get the car delivered the SAME DAY! That is amazing! When my wife and I arrived we completed the sale with James. James was just as awesome as Berkeley and Keith. I really appreciate the transparency, and thoroughness of Berkeley, James and Keith.
