0 stars. I was mistaken when I stated the salesmen were nice. They sold me a broken vehicle, promised me they would call me with updates, then didn't. Then I call and ask and they don't have a clue what's nice. They sold me a broken vehicle, promised me they would call me with updates, then didn't. I told them that we were backing out of the deal, that they attempted to sell me a lemon and the salesmen said he was going to keep my money! This place is filled with crooks and low lifes. They even said they would call the police on me if I came to get my money because I told them my attorney is now involved! What kind of place is this?! Do not EVER do business with this company! Sales managers are rude We purchased and love our 2020Santa Fe. Unfortunately we will never deal with a dealership owned and operated by Chris nor work with sales managers J We purchased and love our 2020Santa Fe. Unfortunately we will never deal with a dealership owned and operated by Chris nor work with sales managers Joey or Spencer. The owner and sales managers are rude and obnoxious. We were assured by Spencer he Would work with the dealership on an issue that remained (although we had signed the purchase contract) before we came back to pick the car up, which was still in transit. TO NO AVAIL. Not only did he refuse to honor his prior statement, while we were there he went to the owner and returned with a flat out NO. Joey, Spencer’s boss stepped in and became even more rude and loud and said we owned the car and they had no interest in resolving the issue. Joey continued with, you signed the contract. If you don’t want the car, you will end up losing your down payment and if I have to take you to court I will and will ruin your credit. All the while, Chris, the owner, sat behind the counter, listening but unwilling to come out and say anything at all to us. Bottom line, the vehicle is great, but the dealership will never receive our business when it comes to acquiring another car. More
