James is a good sales person and I didn't feel pressured into anything. The car was ready when I came for pick up. He was knowledgeable about setting up the vehicle with all of it's features. The paperwork was completed painlessly and swiftly with Marie. My only complaint is I wished they gave at least the first oil change and service at no charge. Toyota and Chevrolet do and this would keep me coming back. More
