This process was the worst car buying experience I've ever had with a dealer. Not only did the try to give me the wrong vehicle, they also tried to charge me more when they realized the error. They also told me that I was denied credit by the credit union when I'd already been pre-approved with a lower interest rate than I was offered by the finance department. It took me calling my credit union to verify the approval. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. More
