He then proceed to argue the fact and the deal almost went south but Don Hayes made it right. I felt really bad for my sales rep David Roberts because he was caught in the middle of the situation. Ruben Diaz overall I feel is not an effective leader and creates a negative working environment which impacts customer service. More

Easy in and out process. Nikola was able to quickly find the truck that 100% suited my family and I's needs. He was also very well educated on all of the features as well as Nikola was able to quickly find the truck that 100% suited my family and I's needs. Financing was also easy and, considering it was a late night, the process was rather fast. The added minor additions, warranty, and GAP processes went very smoothly and I do not belive that I was left uninformed in any way. Outsatnding service! I really enjoyed working with everyone on staff. Unlike some dealers, I did not feel under prioritized nor did I feel judged in any way. 5 STARS simply is not enough, how about 55 STARS and give Nikola a raise! He's the man and he knows his stuff. Thank you Anchorage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Center for the outstanding 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel X. I simply could not be happier.
