I just picked up my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee 80th Anniversary edition and the whole sales process could not have been any easier or smoother. As someone that used to sell cars and knows the whole process very well, it was a breathe of fresh air to Deal with James W and Jack in the finance office. I did a lot of the deal via text before I even arrived at the dealership. I was upfront and told James I was shopping a few Jeep dealerships and wanted the least amount of back and forth and a great price. I had no trade and told him exactly how much I was going to put down. They came back with a monthly payment a lot lower than I anticipated and then I asked to come down just another $8 per month (just to make myself feel better LOL) and they made it happen. That was it, done deal!!! I honestly spent more time driving the Jeep on the test drive than I did negotiating the deal. If you want to buy a new Jeep and want an honest upfront salesman, then go to 495 Jeep and ask for James W!!! As long as this Jeep holds up well for 42 months and CAL Leasing doesn't try nickel and diming me when I turn it in, then I will most definitely be a repeat customer of 495 Jeep and James W. Best car buying experience to date and I have bought a lot of cars over the years!! More
