Absolutely terrible experience with this service department. What makes this even more disappointing is that I actually purchased this vehicle from this dealership. I expected that if I ever had a department. What makes this even more disappointing is that I actually purchased this vehicle from this dealership. I expected that if I ever had a serious issue with the car, the dealership I bought it from would at least be able to properly diagnose it and help me resolve the problem. I brought my vehicle here MULTIPLE TIMES because the engine was overheating and the car sometimes would not even start. Every time, I had to rearrange my schedule, bring the car back, wait for them to diagnose it, and hope they would finally figure out what was wrong. After several visits and a huge amount of my time wasted, they STILL could not diagnose or fix the problem. After all those visits, their final solution was basically to send me to another dealership because they couldn't figure it out. I understand that some vehicle problems can be complicated, but this is a dealership service department — and this is a vehicle I purchased from them. If a customer repeatedly brings a vehicle back with serious issues like overheating and not starting, I expect proper diagnostics and at least some progress toward finding the cause. Instead, I wasted a ridiculous amount of time going back and forth and ended up exactly where I started — with a vehicle that still wasn't fixed and having to take it somewhere else. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. After purchasing my vehicle here and then going through this experience with their service department, I definitely would not bring my vehicle here again and cannot recommend this dealership for service. They offer you with the lowest price on your trade $1000k less than online quote, by making your trade look bad. Go with Carvana or Carmax since they stick to the price you get online. Mo is a crook wanting me to pay an additional $3k while my trade was newer and less miles than their car. I had bad buyers remorse the next day after realized that they con me. They didn’t even help me with buying new tires at internal dealer price like the sales manager stated. Once they get your sale they don’t care in helping you either. Terrible all around experience!
