James was great from the start. He greeted me right away and was okay to wait for the rest of my family to show up before we talked. When my family showed up he greeted them at the door with “are you with Sue” which made things more personable. We told James what we wanted and him and Richard worked with us to make us happy. I love my new car and enjoyed the long tedious process in buying one. Highly recommend this dealership over other Mazda dealership, and this was not the first one we went too. However it was the one we bought from so that should sum it up on how great this place and James was. Oh we found out while he was showing me the car that he was off at 5pm. I left the dealership around 8:30pm. I offered to come back tomorrow and he said he didn’t mind. He also acted like he didn’t mind so again, highly recommend James. He gives you his time and 100% his attention. More
