I have been helping people take home their dream car since August of 2004. I was raised in Joliet, and lived there most of my life, until moving with my wife to Crest Hill when we got married in 2023. In my free time I like to play adult baseball in leagues in Downers Grove, Naperville, and Tinley Park. I like to collect baseball, football, and basketball trading cards going back to the 1940's. If I had to choose a favorite car I am biased with the Chevrolet Corvette, with being around them for most of my life.

Firstly, I would thank Mr. James and Mr. Ricky for all the help they’ve done to me to get the car when I initially walked in. I just wanted to take an SUV and Mr. James has guided me very well to get me a Mazda CX 50 and all the process was so smooth and I took the car the same day when I walked in. It was really a wonderful experience working with them. The sales manager was so friendly And he was actually know what he’s doing. The offered a used 2025 vehicle for sale. I contacted and told them I would pay their asking price but wanted to see a price sheet before I drove 80 mi round trip to pick up the car for a pr I contacted and told them I would pay their asking price but wanted to see a price sheet before I drove 80 mi round trip to pick up the car for a pre-purchase inspection. Thus ensued several emails back and forth over several days in which they offered add-ons, which I declined. They refused to sell me the vehicle without the add-ons. I just learned that this is illegal and a deceptive practice. I told them this and that they no longer have the opportunity for my business. Most of my interactions were with James Wolff, who seemed to be honest and straightforward; said that "management" wouldn't do the deal. If I could give Hawk 0 stars, I would. Better rating for James. More
