Graduating from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Marketing Management, I didn't know the automotive industry was my next step. However, the last 18 years have proven very enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. After serving in both Parts and Service for a Ford Dealership in Nebraska, my family and I moved to Kansas. Holm Automotive has been my home ever since, 11 years and counting. My favorite part has always been the customers and helping you feel at ease with our dealership. My time outside of work is spent with my wife and 2 children, helping out friends or golfing. Stop in and visit us at Holm Automotive, we are here to serve.

AWESOME PEOPLE! Chris Eckert, Jed Smith and Jamie Avers were all wonderful to work with. They are awesome at their job and with people! Kim Bacon is always friendly. Electrical and AC Problems I was having problems with my AC not blowing cold and my electric passenger seat not working in my 2017 Buick Enclave. They were able to get me in wit I was having problems with my AC not blowing cold and my electric passenger seat not working in my 2017 Buick Enclave. They were able to get me in within a couple of days to get it looked at. They even stayed late so that I could turn my vehicle into them for an evening drop off. Turns out there was a short in the seat wiring harness and the AC had a bad condenser unit in the rear of the vehicle causing a leak. I was worried that I would be paying over $1,000 to have everything fixed. Well, I was wrong. The guys there in the service department looked into it and everything was covered under the warranty I purchased when I bought the vehicle there. More

Poor Service that was scheduled two weeks in advance Had to call and schedule an appointment two weeks in advance for parts to be ordered. Called Friday to confirm parts came in and ready to go Monday mo Had to call and schedule an appointment two weeks in advance for parts to be ordered. Called Friday to confirm parts came in and ready to go Monday morning at 8 am.Work was to take 90 minutes, after two hours, check on truck and was told that they just find part and truck would be pulled back in right away. After 15 minutes was told it would be ready in 10 or 15 minutes by service adviser. Later after talking to service manager Jamie and Tim Holm my truck was ready an hour later. Waited on service to be done for over three hour after scheduling an appointment and calling ahead to make sure parts was in for Monday morning. More
