Graduating from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Marketing Management, I didn't know the automotive industry was my next step. However, the last 18 years have proven very enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. After serving in both Parts and Service for a Ford Dealership in Nebraska, my family and I moved to Kansas. Holm Automotive has been my home ever since, 11 years and counting. My favorite part has always been the customers and helping you feel at ease with our dealership. My time outside of work is spent with my wife and 2 children, helping out friends or golfing. Stop in and visit us at Holm Automotive, we are here to serve.

I have been purchasing cars here for over 25 years and really appreciate the community support Tim Holms Family gives to the city of Abilene. This service visit did have a bit of a poor experience for me though but feel it was just a lack of communication which I understand could happen anywhere. Normally I do some repair work myself when I can and I know I should have done it here with this instance but I was getting on a plane when I had a door handle snap off in my hand in my truck, Thinking I would call right away and see if it could be ordered and in when I got back from a funeral a few days later. I was going to be at the dealership that monday anyways because my wife was picking up a new truck she had traded for anyways. Instead the wrong part had been ordered. No big deal it would just be a couple more days. What I didn't expect was that a part that costs $73.00 online that I could have installed myself, ended up being $350.00 to replace through the dealership. A call first to let me know this might have been better than finding out afterwords. It seems to me this has to be an extremely overpriced markup, but hey I should have known that at a dealership. The staff did call me to apologize for not communicating this to me and they did offer to give me a 10% discount, all good service experiences and commendable they are good guys in the service department. This being said I still really like this dealership, but will definitely request any work I have done here comes with an estimate first. More

Oil change And Tire rotation Called and spoke with Jamie Avers about getting our oil changed and tire's rotated when we were on a trip East of Abilene. He said to stop in on the way by and see how their schedule looked and if possible he fit us in. So we did, and Jamie was busy with another customer. Jamie had informed Greg Bilderback and Chuck Loader that we may be stopping by. Since Jamie had communicated with the service team Greg was able to fit us into their busy schedule. Our Thanks goes out to Jamie, Greg, Chuck and Dave for all of their Help. We would like to also Thank Gary Hasselman the service manger for putting such a Great and helpful service team together at Holm Automotive Center! More

Oil change I only take my vehicle to Holm Auto when it needs serviced. They check my vehicle after the oil change to make sure everything is alright. They do a complete check and then explain what they checked for and go over everything with the customer. All the service people I deal with are extremely friendly and make you feel right at home. Oil change I called and set up my oil change and got the great phone service I always do. With my appt set 2 days later I realized I made it for to early in the I called and set up my oil change and got the great phone service I always do. With my appt set 2 days later I realized I made it for to early in the day. Called the service dept and left a message that explained i still wanted it that day just later. They changed it, called me back and left a message about the time they changed it to. Arrived for the oil change, the friendly staff greeted us and told us up front they were running 20 mins behind schedule. We were fine with that. We realize issues come up. It seemed like they had the car done in no time and we were on our way. More
