Valve stem on tire was leaking. It took almost 2 yrs to figure this out & a new set of tires but my left front tire no longer leaks. And no more having to air up my tire every 2 wee It took almost 2 yrs to figure this out & a new set of tires but my left front tire no longer leaks. And no more having to air up my tire every 2 weeks. So glad the guys stuck with it until they were able to find the problem, which was a leaky valve stem. Thanks Holm Automotive, great job!!! More

Best service experience when A/C breaks down in middle of tr Smack in the middle of a 4 hour road trip to head to a wedding, our A/C stops working in 103 degree heat. With 2 kids in back we knew must find a plac Smack in the middle of a 4 hour road trip to head to a wedding, our A/C stops working in 103 degree heat. With 2 kids in back we knew must find a place to look at the issue. We stumbled upon Holm Automotive in Abilene and were greeted with the utmost level of service. They understood our time crunch to get to the wedding rehearsal and diagnosed the issue extremely quick. They then set us up with a rental for us to get to rehearsal and were able to fix issue the next day on a Saturday. The two service consultants did a great job of communicating our situation and took the added stress out of situation. To top off the high level of service, when we returned the rental on Sunday and left keys in drop box. We realized that we left a cell phone in car. We called Jamie our service consultant to see if he could mail the phone the next day when they opened. But instead Jamie called the owner Tim, and he was there in 5 min to get our keys!! Truly above and beyond from what we could have asked for! More
