I called ahead and talked with Don so he was ready for me when I arrived. He had several vehicles ready for me to test drive. I appreciated the amount of time and effort he spent with me to ensure I was getting the vehicle I wanted and didn't "settle". Don was knowledgeable about the vehicles and assisted me in weighing one against another based on what I wanted and their performance and amenities. I appreciated Jamie Avers, Service Consultant, taking the time to answer some of my questions. The uncomplicated, no hassle pricing made the purchase so much less stressful for me as a buyer. They will treat you like a person, not just another customer. They stay in touch and know you by name when you come in the door! The hospitality is awesome. I have had experience with the service department as well and the service is no different in that department. After you find the deal you were looking for it's a no pressure routine and you will enjoy the whole experience. Some of my favorite folks work there and it's not a new staff every time you walk thru the door. I believe the staff is as happy to be there as I am! The dealership is also beautiful and super clean. I will keep coming back to Tim Holm for all of my future vehicle purchases. More
