Fair, Friendly, and Helpful We broke down in the middle of a road trip on our way home, only to have Holm tell us that it was so bad we might need a new car. It was a very stress We broke down in the middle of a road trip on our way home, only to have Holm tell us that it was so bad we might need a new car. It was a very stressful situation to be in, but Jamie really helped us through it. He put all the options on the table, including buying a new car there, but he didn't pressure us. In the end, he found a replacement engine for our car. He installed it and performed some other work to make sure the job was done right, and he stayed in the budget range he gave us. He showed genuine personal concern for us, and the car's been running great these two weeks since we got it back. Thanks Jamie! It's really too bad that our engine blew up on us, but by God's grace it happened just outside of Abilene. A very friendly regular customer even gave us a ride to and from the car rental place while we were waiting on the engine work. Thanks Kim Shaffer! More
