Graduating from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Marketing Management, I didn't know the automotive industry was my next step. However, the last 18 years have proven very enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. After serving in both Parts and Service for a Ford Dealership in Nebraska, my family and I moved to Kansas. Holm Automotive has been my home ever since, 11 years and counting. My favorite part has always been the customers and helping you feel at ease with our dealership. My time outside of work is spent with my wife and 2 children, helping out friends or golfing. Stop in and visit us at Holm Automotive, we are here to serve.

Oil Change Jaimie was excellent at Customer Service! I had doubts on Holm Automotive to do an oil change on my Toyota. After talking with Jaimie I’m glad I made Jaimie was excellent at Customer Service! I had doubts on Holm Automotive to do an oil change on my Toyota. After talking with Jaimie I’m glad I made a great decision to have him service my car. He’s a great guy to talk to. I had no issues at all. I will go back on my next oil change. Thank you Jaimie!! Poor customer service I continue to have suspension issues with a truck that is less than a year old and only has 12,000 miles on it after being purchased new. I have had m I continue to have suspension issues with a truck that is less than a year old and only has 12,000 miles on it after being purchased new. I have had my Silverado 1500 in the Holm service shop 3 different times for the same issues with no resolution. The most recent trip included an oil change and tire rotation and balance. The oil change was fine but otherwise no correction of the suspension issue or the noise being made from the front and rear suspension anytime a bump is hit. The tire pressure monitor system is also not working correctly and the technicians were unable to correctly sync my tires with the correct location on the vehicle, the left front reads as the right rear, etc. the service advisor stated they couldn’t get the tires to sync with the monitor system!! And that’s were it was left, basically a sorry that we can’t get it to work! I have given Holm automotive more than enough chances to fix the suspension issue and it is obvious they do not like being questioned about anything that I does not benefit them. I will no longer do any business whatsoever with this dealership, pathetic sales customer service as well as less than optimal vehicle service in the service department. I have attempted in the past to discuss my issues from the poor customer service after the sale to poor service from the service department, but the sales manager essentially didn’t really care what I had to say and I have yet to ever get an opportunity to speak to the service manager. I can assure you that negative comments or negative customer experiences at Holm are never addressed. I am surprised at how many positive comments are on dealer eater regarding this dealership, I am completely dissatisfied and will never return to Holm.... More

Great Service I was traveling from Wyoming to Atlanta and needed an oil change on a Saturday morning. They were busy but were able to handle the oil change for me I was traveling from Wyoming to Atlanta and needed an oil change on a Saturday morning. They were busy but were able to handle the oil change for me and get us back on the road promptly. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Surprised Went down with a headlight issue. I figured out what was wrong while waiting and Jamie was able to fix quickly. Then he told me he had a cancellation Went down with a headlight issue. Holm is the best I called on Monday morning to the body shop because I had a rock hit my windshield over the weekend and put a small crack in it.Dede got me in right a I called on Monday morning to the body shop because I had a rock hit my windshield over the weekend and put a small crack in it.Dede got me in right after lunch. My car needed service also but I did not have an appointment but the super guys in the service department worked me in after the windshield repair.
