Did a great job all around! Would recommend it to my friends and family. Most dealerships are great on sales, but horrible on follow-through with service. They excelled at both. Jeep Service Department is incompetent I am just finishing servicing my car at Walser Jeep and also got my antenna replaced for $40. I bought my car at Ryan Automall where I had a great ex I am just finishing servicing my car at Walser Jeep and also got my antenna replaced for $40. I bought my car at Ryan Automall where I had a great experience with buying the vehicle but their service department is incompetent. I was quoted by Ryan Jeep service department that it would cost $535 to replace my entire Antenna package. Obviously, it did not and in my opinion ,they were lazy and just trying to take advantage. I am pretty sure you can imagine what gender I am. It goes without saying I will never be back. More

Took my truck in for a few minor issues 1 being the tail gate ajar light did not work Jamie told me right away that the truck doesn’t have it I did show him the build sheet and he told me those are not ac gate ajar light did not work Jamie told me right away that the truck doesn’t have it I did show him the build sheet and he told me those are not accurate and the truck doesn’t have it He then printed his own version and said oh I guess it does have it He called me the next day said truck is done and said the light is a problem and no fix to it but chrys knows about it and the tail gate rattle is from the tonnue cover I told him to look again as it was loose before that. They made it very clear that even tho I bought a brand new truck from them I am an inconvenience when it comes to bringing it in for service I will not return to this location it is obvious that the service dept is no where the same as the sales dept More

Excellent They were very helpful and answered questions. Also were not pushy at all let you take your time in choosing which vehicle you would like.
