Outside of work, I've been happily married for 20 years, and I am a proud parent of two active children. Jamie was fantastic and did a great job. Was disappointed the inside of the car was dirty when I got it back (typically Sun BMW) sweeps the inside of the car. Second it was surprising that having an RS6 the only option is a machine touch wash as I’m assuming most folks don’t want these cars machine washed. I think if it’s a 15 dollar value (according to the bill) hand washing should be an option for these caliber of cars. I got tires put on the car and they are brand new but were very dirty when I got the car back. That was also surprising. I got charged for a gallon of gas when the loaner was returned even though I had filled it up in past where it was when I received it. I did get it refunded but I had to catch that to have it happen. Overall I hope the next experience when I have the car in for a service goes smoother. More

Jamie was excellent in helping me with pricing and answering my questions when scheduling. She even had some recommendations when we picked the car up for an SUV.
