Clean, well-maintained facility. service advisor friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that I had to drive an hour to the dealer, then wait an hour only to be informed that the so service advisor friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that I had to drive an hour to the dealer, then wait an hour only to be informed that the software update that was needed was not yet available. Seems to me that the dealer should be able to look up my VIN and tell me that the software update wasn't available... saving me 3 hours of wasted time More

Jamie and I had good open communication during my 20K service in my 2023 Q3. Making the appt was easy on line with plenty of availability 25 days in advance. The car came back perfect as always.
