I knew exactly which vehicles I wanted to look at when I arrived, and Jamie took me expeditiously to see the vehicle's as I'm sure he could tell I was on a mission. Jamie was knowledgeable and courteous and wasted no time. Process was smooth to test drive and go through the purchase with your contract guy, sorry I don't remember his name. The value of my trade came back higher than expected and that was icing on the cake. For me this is a 15-year vehicle that is going to take me to retirement and maybe beyond. This was a great start to a long-term investment and hopefully hassle-free ownership. Almost forgot, your tech guy that took me through the initial setup did a great job, sorry I don't remember his name either but he did a great job and was very knowledgeable and courteous as well.
