Just a couple of weeks ago our daughter was driving from work in her 2016 Lexus nx200. Out of nowhere, she was blindsided - side swiped 3 times and destroyed her car. Within seconds, he was gone and she was work in her 2016 Lexus nx200. Out of nowhere, she was blindsided - side swiped 3 times and destroyed her car. Within seconds, he was gone and she was left by the roadside trying to wrap her head around what happened. Thank God she was safe- she felt the Lexus saved her life. Now began the arduous journey of getting a replacement in a short amount of time. Problem Is- the collision service didn’t “total” the car for almost a week and a half. Somehow, we had to do it all ASAP. Amazingly, my daughter found the NX300 which has blind spot monitoring, found the dealer and found Ana. Even though we got there late to our appointment, they had put aside the car for us. This is our first sign that it was going to go right and everything will be okay. After the test drive, I told Ana we need proof that the blind spot monitoring works. Within short order she made a call, they came and got the car, documented that everything worked- we couldn’t have been more pleased. Everything had gone so well and her and her team had conducted it perfectly. She got to drive her new car to the Tampa airport the very next day. Mission accomplished. It began and ended with Ana. I went in just to browse, and when I told Ana I wasn't going to be buying for a few months I did not feel pressured at all. When I found something i liked she was willing to do Test drives and tell me ev going to be buying for a few months I did not feel pressured at all.
