Ana is a 5 star plus! ! We're sure the entire sales staff is good, however based on our experience do yourself a favor and contact Ana! As of today, Ana has right at 500 p ! Ana made the entire buying process one of the best we've ever experienced over many years of new vehicle purchases across multiple brands, several states, and a number of different dealerships along the way. First class starting at initial contact via email, then meeting Ana in person two days later, and driving our new RX350 off the lot same day. A wonderful personality, coupled with a zero pressure, fully knowledgeable about the vehicle, and a completely unrushed experience. Absolutely the best! She is truly good and she is very natural and relaxed. She does not give you that sales performance.
