We bought a Jeep from them, it had a vibration in the front wheels so we had it checked out the very day after pulling it off of the lot. We were told it has 4 bad ball joints, 2 bad tyrod ends, a bad ty front wheels so we had it checked out the very day after pulling it off of the lot. We were told it has 4 bad ball joints, 2 bad tyrod ends, a bad tyrod sleeve, and concrete cemented in one wheel and thrown up underneath. Marco at dealership claimed it's "within specks" after I took it back to them and brought the issues to their attention. When I picked it up from the service dept, I nearly wrecked on the way home because it got the "death wobble" due to bad parts. I took it straight to yet another mechanic who, like the first shop, said those parts are bad. One ball joint is almost completely done. The extended warranty company refuses to cover it so I get to shell out $1100 on a Jeep we haven't even had for 3 weeks! AVOID THIS PLACE!! More

False advertising. This place is a joke. Sales people don’t want to work to make a sale. Their online vehicle advertisements state “NO HOOKS, NO GIMMICKS, DO NOT LET OTH This place is a joke. Their online vehicle advertisements state “NO HOOKS, NO GIMMICKS, DO NOT LET OTHER DEALERS TELL YOU OTHERWISE! 0% financing available for 72 months!” but when you ask about zero percent financing and the low advertised prices you’re told that you can’t have both. You’ll have to pay more for the vehicle if you actually want 0% financing. That sounds like a hook and a gimmick to me! They will also try to low ball you on your trade value. I shopped around and every other dealership offered more for my trade than Laura would offer. Ultimately I ended up buying my new Jeep somewhere else and I suggest you do the same. Edit: 1. This is not a mischaracterization of what happened. Cory’s responses were unsubstantial and gave little to no assistance with my needs as the customer. 2. The very first line in your advertisements states “NO HOOKS, NO GIMMICKS, DO NOT LET OTHER DEALERS TELL YOU OTHERWISE! 0% financing available for 72 months!” but you wait until almost the last line in your advertisement to inject your disclaimer. You are being deceptive by writing like this and giving a false initial impression that you can purchase a new Jeep at your low advertised prices with 0% financing. The disclaimer that you buried in your advertisement below everything else is placed there purposely in the hopes that customers will not read that far. 3. You only met my requested trade value on a vehicle that I did not want to help yourselves with your “end of month push”. You were not doing me a favor. You sold the vehicle I was interested in and attempted to push me into a vehicle I did not want. More

Great Deal, great service Jamie, my salesperson was exceptional.Respectful, good product knowledge and answered all questions, never pressured me to buy. The sales manager Mike was helpful and courteous and the finance guy Don was also straightforward and honest, efficient and a Navy vet who served with Marines which puts him at the top of my respect list as my son is a Marine. Jamie did an outstanding job overall and demonstrated the features of the truck twice and even offered more of her time even after official closing time had came and went. I would recommend Jamie and Laura CDJR to family and friends.I bought a2018 Ram 2500 Big Horn.Most competitive price I could find Nationwide on Autotrader for unit with same equipment. The condition of the truck, not so much,had a large amount of frozen oak leaves in bed and has blue grease pencil marks in several locations, look like inspection marks from factory. it was in the 20's that day but I feel the effort to deliver a clean brand new vehicle was a C- More

Could be worse. Bad communication between sales and service. Waited over a week for something that could have been done the next day. Didnt use a floor mat and didnt wipe down any of the dirt from the interior. Wish i could add photos. Service staff are very friendly and do their best to get you in and out. More

Vehicle Prep. I guess the main issue I had would be with the service dept. or whoever preps the new vehicle. I know time was short, but all 4 tires needed air from the get go and the glue from the stickers needed to be cleaned off. Also the service dept. was supposed to call me because we only received one key. Still waiting??? More
